Senior UX Designer

Design and develop user experience solutions, including wireframes and prototypes, for enterprise data and analytics products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement human-centered designs within Agile and DevSecOps processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user experience solutions including wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs
- Apply human-centered design principles to improve usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and interaction models to support product design
- Collaborate with UI engineers, software developers, and product teams to implement UX designs
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Design, or related discipline and 8-12 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design, human-factors engineering, or related field and proficiency with UX design tools
- Experience designing user experiences for enterprise applications or platforms
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Experience with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
