Lead the user experience strategy and design standards for enterprise data and analytics products within the Department of War. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic requirements into scalable, production-ready UI/UX solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead user experience strategy and design standards across WDP applications and services
- Apply human-centered design principles to improve usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction
- Conduct and lead user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to inform design decisions
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Design, or related discipline
- 12-15 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 10-13 years of relevant experience
