Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from concept to execution while evolving the company's design system. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate user insights and data into polished interaction models and visual solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution
- Build on our existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of our design system
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes
- Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions
- Continuously iterate on shipped work using customer feedback and product metrics to drive measurable improvements
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio that demonstrates your best work
- Thrive in an environment where you have autonomy to execute and take initiative
- Deep understanding of design systems and a strong sense of visual and interaction design craft
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eligible to work in Canada
