- Participate in design reviews and working sessions, helping the team develop effective and thoughtful solutions
- Translate requirements and ideas into clear, usable product features
- Contribute in design reviews and help refine solutions with the team
- Proactively explores and integrates AI and emerging technologies to shape your approach
Requirements
- At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
- Applied experience with an e-commerce or B2B facing brand, with multi-sided marketplaces
- Clear communication skills
- Solid visual design skills and attention to detail, with a drive to continuously refine craft
- Curiosity to learn and adopt new tools, including how AI can enhance the user experience and improve the design process
- Applied experience working across all digital and physical manifestations of what we design
- An acute level of self-awareness and deep empathy - for both the customer and your teamâs goals
- Understanding and ability to consider product strategy and vision
- Arsenal of design tools such as Figma, Google Suite, JIRA, and other prototyping tools
