Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
- Hands-on experience building, scaling, and maintaining design systems
- Strong grasp of design system fundamentals
- Deep Figma expertise
- Experience working closely with engineers to ensure design system components translate accurately into code
- Interest in gaming culture
