Senior Product Designer, Audit

Lead the end-to-end design of complex audit workflows, translating customer needs and business goals into polished UI and interaction models. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and influence roadmaps while contributing to the overall design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive design execution with minimal direction
- Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into clear user journeys and polished UI
- Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality
- Advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints
Requirements
- Experience working in fast-moving environments
- Ability to own complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction
- Strong product instincts and ability to drive momentum
- Experience working alongside or designing AI-assisted workflows
- Incorporating AI into daily design practice
- Background in workflow-heavy, document-centric, or B2B SaaS products
