Graphic Designer

The role involves creating complex art and copy layouts for proposals, reports, and other visual media following company style manuals. The designer collaborates with technical writers and authors to produce reproduction-ready graphics and may assist in training junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Designs and prepares complex art and copy layouts
- Works directly with Technical Writers/Editors and authors/requestors to review artwork and text
- Recommends improvements for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with Company style
- Designs and produces reproduction-ready visual graphics
- Modifies existing artwork as required
- Serves as part of a functional team to complete assignments
- Provides reproduction data such as reduction sizing, quantity, and paper/ink selection
- Assists in training new employees and reviews work produced by lower-level Graphic Designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of related work experience
- UAE work experience is mandatory
- Proficiency in graphic design technology and software
- Demonstrated advanced graphic design skills and knowledge of graphics production techniques
