Senior Product Designer

Lead the design of direct customer digital channels by creating intuitive UI/UX solutions and maintaining the design system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex problems into seamless digital experiences while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Have an excellent eye for UI design methodologies and willingness to own the UI, components, and contribute to the design system
- Collaborate on the UI design of all digital touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across platforms
- Contribute to and enhance our design system to adapt to new requirements and improve overall design efficiency
- Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows, research synthesis, prototyping, and handoff, improving both quality and efficiency
- Analyse data and user feedback to inform design decisions and improvements
Requirements
- Experience working in a similar role within Wealth Management and/or Superannuation
- Experience working on financial adviser focused experiences and interfaces
- Solid digital product experience, ideally with Mobile App, Public Website and Authenticated customer environments
- Proficiency in Figma and working with design systems
- In-depth knowledge of user-centred design principles and best practices
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills
