Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design process for Binti's full product suite, from early-stage research and ideation to high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scale the design system and improve user outcomes for social services agencies.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision of finding every child a permanent and loving family and improving outcomes across child welfare
- Own design end-to-end across Binti's full product suite
- Collaborate with product managers in early-stage research, ideation, and problem-solving
- Design and iterate on wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
- Rapidly prototype concepts using AI design tools
- Own and level up our design system so it scales with our growing product surface area
- Stay on top of trends, accessibility standards, and research best practices to inform design direction
- Iterate on and improve processes between design, product, and engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design
- Experience working with a complex product or problem space (B2B, enterprise, or government software) is preferred
- Expertise with AI design and prototyping tools
- The ability to dig into the root of the problem and understand user needs and pain points
- Strong UX skills, workflow mapping, and wireframing
- A track record of mentoring teammates and implementing processes that scale with a growing organization
- A low-ego, collaborative approach toward working with product and engineering teams
