Lead the end-to-end design quality for Pay-related features, ensuring a high standard of UX craft and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to translate user insights and business goals into intuitive crypto payment experiences.
Responsibilities
- Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to bring human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys
- Generate ideas quickly, and connect regularly with customers to validate directions
- Participate in design critiques and present work in product leadership feedback meetings
- Proactively partner with design leadership to influence strategic decisions
- Own end-to-end design quality for Pay-related features, including mentoring other designers in the squad
Requirements
- 6-8 years of Product Design experience
- Experience designing outstanding digital products in an agile development environment
- A portfolio of design work that showcases modern design work
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent project/portfolio experience
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
