Graphic Designer Junior

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing marketing materials and website designs. Assist in developing brand guidelines and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website designs
• Assist in the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials
• Use design software to create and edit graphics, layouts, and other visual elements
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and target audience
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills and stay ahead of the competition
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
