Requirements
- 8+ years in Product or UX/UI Design
- Deep expertise in design systems â not just using them, but understanding how to drive adoption, surface friction, and contribute to their evolution
- A natural coach and craft leader â you raise the bar around you without creating fear, and you explain the *why* behind every design decision
