Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process from ideation and prototyping to high-fidelity visual designs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve the design language and deliver technically feasible UX solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process, working on clearly defined problems in close collaboration with the Product Team
- Collaborate with our existing Product Designer to evolve our design language and ensure a cohesive experience across both sides of the platform
- Work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams, identifying high-impact UX opportunities and delivering solutions that are technically feasible and ship fast
- Translate concepts into high-fidelity designs, adhering to and maintaining our scalable design system in Figma
- Craft clear, engaging UI copy to guide users through the product
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer in a well-known B2B SaaS company or high-growth SaaS startup
- Proven ability to design complex, desktop-first B2B web applications end-to-end — from problem framing to interaction design and handoff
- Strong product thinking: Ability to find pragmatic “80/20” solutions that balance user value, technical constraints, and business goals
- Expert-level Figma skills and experience collaborating with other designers in shared workspaces, including component libraries and design systems
- Self-driven, outcome-oriented, able to work independently while communicating trade-offs and constraints clearly
- Native German speaker with fluent English
