Lead end-to-end design for major product areas, translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive discovery, problem definition, and high-quality execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for major product areas, turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Explore solutions, validate assumptions, and use insight to guide clear, effective designs
- Conduct or support interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions
- Translate findings into actionable improvements that strengthen the user experience
- Partner closely with engineering and product from scoping through delivery
- Communicate design rationale clearly and ensure high-quality implementation
- Use and contribute to Suralink's design system to maintain consistency and scalability
- Elevate components, patterns, and documentation as product needs grow
- Operate with autonomy, driving clarity and momentum through ambiguity
- Challenge assumptions, simplify complexity, and align stakeholders around the best solution
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing for complex SaaS products
- Proven experience designing AI or data-driven features (or a strong interest in LLM-enabled interfaces)
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, variants, variables, libraries, tokens)
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and ability to ship elegant, cohesive experiences
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design
