Design scalable systems and AI-powered automation experiences for the Content Innovation Cloud. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex user needs into accessible, high-quality design specifications and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to build alignment and translate ambiguity into clear direction
- Design scalable systems, including patterns, workflows, and interaction models
- Test and iterate on designs by pairing with researchers to translate user insights and customer needs
- Drive accessibility as a first-class requirement by ensuring experiences meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven product design experience delivering complex enterprise software
- Proven delivery of products meeting WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria
- Design system fluency with experience applying and extending a component system
- Strong product judgment with a proven ability to navigate tradeoffs
- Proficiency with Figma and a track record of producing interactive prototypes and clear specs
