Trainee UX Designer

Support the design and expansion of global internal platform components and design systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions, wireframes, and prototypes while exploring AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the design, refinement, and expansion of design system components
- Helping create personas, user journeys, user flows, and information architecture
- Assisting in developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborating with frontend developers to support smooth design handoff and implementation
- Exploring and applying AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve design process efficiency
Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing design thinking, academic work, personal projects, or internship experience
- Strong interest in UX/UI design, human-centered design, and digital product development
- Basic understanding of UX principles, including usability, information architecture, and user research
- Proficiency with common design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Interest in design systems and component-based design
