Senior UX Designer

Lead and craft UX project deliverables across all design phases, from running requirements workshops to creating wireframes and prototypes. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure customer needs and business requirements are met for complex e-commerce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing and running product definition and UX requirements workshops
• Scoping and managing qualitative and quantitative research
• Analyzing research data to identify meaningful insights and behavioral patterns
• Using design thinking techniques to identify opportunity areas for new experiences, propositions, products, and services
• Creating design artifacts, such as personas, journey maps, storyboards, process flows, and wireframes
• Communicating, defending, and building consensus around the desired product strategy and design approach
• Collaborating with stakeholders, designers, program managers, and developers to improve design quality and user experience

Requirements

• Significant proven experience, ideally at an agency
• Compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality, best-in-class UX design
• Breadth of experience in e-commerce or complex journeys
• Experience owning the full UX process, including running discovery phases and solving complex problems using design-thinking methods and techniques
• Solid information, interaction, and experience design skills
• Ability to understand technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements
• Excellent client communication skills
