Senior UX Researcher, Labs, Generative Media

Lead and execute end-to-end UX research studies to provide actionable insights for Generative AI products in the media and marketing space. Partner with Engineering and Product Management to influence product strategy and ensure user needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Labs Gen Media leads, PM, UX, and Engineering across the product lifecycle
- Design, lead and execute research studies, along and in collaboration with other UX researchers
- Stay on the vanguard of AI product through daily tool use and experimentation
- Consistently cultivate an informed POV on how technical capability will line up with user need
- Provide actionable insights that directly influence product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquires, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies)
- 0 to 1 product development experience or experience with emerging products
