Own the unified design language and user experience for the BRAHMA AI platform, integrating Core and Studio. Lead the design of generative AI tooling and maintain a high consistency bar across multiple product teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the unified design language for the BRAHMA AI platform
- Align designers across the different product teams
- Set and hold the consistency bar
- Lead the design of our generative AI tooling
- Define end-to-end user journeys across the platform in a common UX language
- Partner closely with PMs, VPs, and engineering leads
- Build and run a design system that actually gets used
- Interface directly with customers when needed
Requirements
- 8+ years in product design, with at least 3 in a lead role aligning multiple designers or teams
- Wide platform thinking
- Hands-on experience designing for generative AI tooling
- Strong design system chops
- Leadership without being a people manager only
- A high consistency and quality bar
- AI-enabled: We want someone who uses AI tools fluently in their workflows (Figma AI, v0, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
