Associate Product Designer

Own the design and management of either the UGC & Community or Loyalty Platform surfaces, covering admin consoles and member-facing experiences. Collaborate with engineers and the VP of Product to translate customer conversations into shipped AI-native product features.
Responsibilities
- Owning design across the assigned product surface
- Sitting in on customer calls and turning raw conversations into design input
- Building wireframes, hi-fi mocks, and working prototypes in Figma or other tools
- Contributing to the visual language and component library
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design
- Portfolio that showcases design thinking and visual craft
- Working fluency in Figma
- Comfort prototyping interactions, not just static screens
