Lead and coach a team of designers to improve B2B digital products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsible for the end-to-end design process from conceptual frameworks and wireframes to final visual mockups and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of designers, including assigning work and assessing performance
- Work with leaders to provide UX strategy and vision within various products
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to inform intuitive experiences
- Create frameworks, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Requirements
- 10+ years of demonstrated UX strategy and UX/UI design work experience
- Portfolio of past design work
- Experience managing a team of designers
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in wireframe tools and design tools, including Figma
