Senior Product UX Designer , AI Products & Agents

Design intuitive user interfaces for managing the AI agent lifecycle within the Content Innovation Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into scalable design patterns and detailed technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Build the user interfaces that customers use to manage the agent lifecycle from build to audit
- Partner with your research partner to translate user insights and customer needs into design concepts, journeys, and prototypes
- Drive complex design projects through complete product lifecycles, connecting experiences across the product portfolio
- Proactively identify opportunities for greater cohesion and create patterns and systems that scale across teams and products
- Collaborate with senior leadership, product managers, and engineers to influence product vision and strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Professional portfolio that demonstrates both pragmatic and creative thinking including the ability to work within constraints, shifting schedules and priorities
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Proven experience creating high-quality and effective design artifacts including concepts, journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Experience with responsive, mobile and product design
