Principal UX Designer

Set the UX vision and strategy for complex industrial analytics and AI capabilities within the Seeq platform. Lead the design of AI-powered workflows and ensure a unified, coherent user experience across all product areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and communication of a clear UX vision and multi-release experience roadmap for critical areas of the Seeq product
- Drive a user-centered approach to product decisions by partnering with product managers, engineers, and analytics stakeholders to plan and execute research, synthesize insights, and define experience success metrics
- Own end-to-end experiences that transform our full-featured calculation engine into effortless, trustworthy workflows for users
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in user experience/user interface design (UX/UI)
- Bachelorās, Masterās, or certificate program in user experience design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong, demonstrable experience conducting design work in a SaaS or other complex, data- or workflow-heavy product environment
