Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for Spark Assist
- Partner with the Heads of Product and Engineering
- Plan and run user research
- Define interaction patterns for GenAI
- Prototype quickly
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
Requirements
- 4-7 years of product design experience
- Experience designing for AI or data-dense products
- Familiarity with LLM-based interfaces
- Hands-on research skills
- Coding or vibe-coding fluency
- Strong financial industry context
