Responsibilities

• Deepen strategic themes and conduct experiments and investigations outside the team's roadmap
• Act in a cross-functional manner, collaborating with different teams and products to contribute to the evolution of design processes
• Balance delivery and discovery activities, resolving interface challenges and high-uncertainty scenarios
• Explore the use of artificial intelligence in the design process, especially in discovery and prototyping
• Contribute significantly to the increase of Online Share and support the acquisition and retention of large accounts
