Lead UI Designer

Lead the execution of online visual identities and design systems to improve user experience and increase conversion for key clients. Manage and mentor multiple designers while communicating the design process and solutions to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Creating digital brand look and feel, design systems and pixel perfect responsive interfaces for key clients
- Taking a systematic approach to design, anticipating future needs and building in flexibility and efficiency
- Leading and supporting multiple designers and having the experience to elevate and strengthen our UI Design offering
- Clearly and persuasively communicating the design process to clients from concept to solution, proactively owning problems and feedback
Requirements
- Design excellence and leadership
- Demonstrable eCommerce experience
- Skilled in standard software: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Detail oriented with a keen sense of craftsmanship
- Brand and design systems: Experience creating, evolving and developing brand identity
- Systematic approach to work, anticipating future needs for clients and customers
- Keen collaborator with software engineering
- Great attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage own projects and to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
- Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Degree educated in Graphic design / UI or similar discipline
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates high quality design online, including eCommerce
