Senior Product Designer - Content Strategy

Define and maintain content standards, voice, and terminology across Epicor's product portfolio, including AI-driven experiences. Partner with cross-functional teams to lead content audits and improve information architecture for complex enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain content standards across Epicor's product portfolio
• Own the product voice and terminology framework
• Design content for AI-driven experiences
• Partner with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers as an embedded member of product teams
• Lead content audits and information architecture improvements
• Create and maintain content guidelines, pattern libraries, and writing documentation

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy
• A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to make complex things clear
• Strong understanding of how content and interaction design work together
• Experience defining voice, tone, and terminology standards for a product or product portfolio
• Ability to write for multiple contexts
• Active AI fluency in content practice
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
