The role involves managing order processing, preparing and optimizing print data for various processes like Flexo, Offset, and Digital, and performing preflight checks. Additionally, the designer is responsible for quality assurance, managing approval processes, and optimizing team workflows.
Responsibilities
- Order processing: You will independently create and check orders and prepare print data for various printing processes
- Druckdatenerstellung and -prĂŒfung: You will create and optimize print data according to technical specifications and internal guidelines, and perform pre-flight checks
- Quality assurance: You will prepare and carry out release processes and ensure color accuracy
- Development: You will actively contribute to the further development and optimization of work processes in the team
Requirements
- Completed training as a media designer (digital and print) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the prepress, graphics, or a similar environment
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as DTP software and print workflows
