The role involves conducting UX research and discovery tasks to turn insights into recommendations and wireframes. The designer will take ownership of projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients, designers, and developers to deliver digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supporting projects in the early Discovery Phases by undertaking UX research tasks
- Taking ownership of projects and driving the process in collaboration with clients
- Turning insights into recommendations, producing wireframes and working collaboratively with Digital Designers and Frontend Developers
- Undertaking UX Research tasks from usability testing to stakeholder interviews
Requirements
- Proficient in design practices such as wireframing, usability testing, and prototyping
- Confident in front of people and working with others
- Able to drive and manage projects
- Able to gather the threads and produce reports based on findings
- Able to deliver client workshops
