Conceptualize and deliver high-impact, on-brand creative solutions including brochures, infographics, and presentations for global clients. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with art directors and content teams to translate strategic briefs into effective visual collaterals.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals
- Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
- Provide unique, innovative, and effective design concepts to customers with a solution-driven mindset
- Meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
- Adhere to EY brand standards and remain cognizant of visual as well as verbal guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media)
- Team management experience
- Strong visual design capability
