Junior Graphic Designer / Motion Designer – Social Media (d/m/w)

Responsible for the design and implementation of social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, primarily for socio-political communication. This includes conceptualizing, editing, and animating short video formats and utilizing AI tools to optimize content.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the conception, editing, and animation of short video formats for social media
• Producing and editing simple video content for social media
• Assisting with camera, lighting, and sound recordings
• Taking over post-production of raw material from shoots, events, and in-house productions
• Creating and optimizing content using various KI-supported tools
• Collaborating with colleagues from social media and conception to develop and implement content and campaigns

Requirements

• Degree in graphic design, communication design, or media design
• Experience in designing social media content and digital communication
• Knowledge of gestalterischen Anforderungen and current trends of various social media platforms
• Good sense of visual communication and platform-specific content
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience with video editing and animation tools
• Experience with KI-Tools in design processes
• Good German language skills (at least C1)
