Own the user experience and product design for campaigns and automation workflow creation. Combine product metrics and user research to create design concepts and experiments that balance user needs with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the user experience and product design of campaigns and automation workflow creation experiences
- Combine product metrics, user research, and customer insights into meaningful design concepts and experiments
- Co-lead discovery and support delivery phases, including problem framing, research, insight presentation, flow mapping, and interaction design
- Make thoughtful, incremental design decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Ensure cohesive experiences across all product areas and customer touchpoints
- Contribute to our design system and continuously improve design efficiency across teams
- Constantly look for high-impact opportunities to improve customer experience and drive company goals
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) of product design (both UX and UI) at a user-focused tech, with examples of shipped products
- Customer centricity
- Lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping, user research, and user testing skills
- Ability to present and articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders
- Ability to view the bigger picture and how certain decisions impact the future
- Understanding of how design systems are created, implemented, and maintained
- Collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership
