UI/UX Designer

The role focuses on evaluating and redesigning legacy systems to identify usability gaps and create intuitive, scalable user experiences. The designer will translate complex workflows into streamlined journeys to support digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate legacy systems and interfaces to identify usability gaps and modernization opportunities
- Redesign outdated user experiences into intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions
- Translate complex legacy workflows into streamlined, user-friendly journeys
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by aligning UX with modernization goals
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience redesigning or modernizing legacy systems or complex enterprise applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating transformation of outdated or complex interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices
- Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical constraints
