The Graphic Designer creates strategic visual content for digital and print materials to support business goals and brand consistency. This includes developing assets for recruiting, business development, and internal communications across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital and print materials that support company goals and align with brand standards
  • Create visual assets for recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Partner with recruiting and HR teams to develop visual content that highlights U.S. Engineering's culture, career opportunities, benefits, and Team Member experiences
  • Create visual assets for web and digital platforms, including website graphics, landing pages, digital campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept through final delivery while balancing priorities and deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative range and strong execution
  • Experience supporting recruiting marketing, employer branding, talent attraction campaigns, or workforce communications is a plus
