Own end-to-end UX design for a portfolio of developer-facing tools, including cloud environments and IDE extensions. Lead continuous discovery through user interviews and usability tests to simplify complex technical workflows for engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX design across a portfolio of developer tools
- Run continuous discovery: user interviews, usability tests, and workflow mapping with embedded engineers and power electronics designers
- Apply and extend Infineon's established design language across the developer tools portfolio
- Deliver from concept to shipped product: sketches, interaction flows, high-fidelity Figma prototypes, and design QA in collaboration with engineering
- Use AI-assisted prototyping tools to accelerate early design exploration
- Present design rationale clearly to product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders
- Be the voice of the user in every product decision
Requirements
- 10+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates depth in complex software tools or developer-facing products
- Deep proficiency in Figma component libraries, design tokens, auto-layout, prototyping, developer handoff
- Proven experience using AI-assisted prototyping and design tools to accelerate ideation and concept validation
- Experience in cross-functional product teams with fast iteration cycles
- Strong information architecture skills
- Ability to independently lead design from brief to shipped feature
