Create professional digital and print assets to support advocacy campaigns and member engagement for immigrant communities. Collaborate with the communications team to maintain brand guidelines and produce multimedia content.

Responsibilities

  • Design professional digital assets, including web graphics, email headers, social media visuals, and campaign materials
  • Produce simple yet polished print materials, including flyers, invitations, one-pagers, and reports
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and organizational messaging
  • Collaborate with the communications team to plan, prioritize, and execute design requests
  • Contribute to evolving and maintaining brand guidelines and digital standards
  • Assist with multimedia content (images, graphics, simple video/animation as needed)

Requirements

  • Professional experience in digital and print design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and accessibility
  • Portfolio demonstrating original work
  • Ability to manage multiple design requests and collaborate effectively
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
