Home-Based Senior Graphic Designer

The role involves creating original brand designs, logos, and product illustrations from scratch based on client specifications. Additionally, the designer will supervise projects, manage client expectations, and lead creative teams to develop brand concepts.
Responsibilities
- Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications and needs
- Develop a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations
- Create logos and innovative artwork, and develop pre-production artwork
- Understand imprint limitations on promotional products and decoration methods
- Develop design concepts and plans in line with resource, budgetary, and timeline requirements
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity
- Good managerial skills to lead team members
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Language proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
