Lead the end-to-end design process to create usable and scalable product solutions based on user pain points. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into high-fidelity interfaces and viable business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prototype and iterate design solutions based on user feedback and stakeholder input
- Translate customer needs into viable solutions, balancing technical and business requirements
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, balancing business objectives and user needs
- Investigate and map usability improvement opportunities with the Product team
- Conduct and support user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Collaborate with Technology and Product teams throughout the delivery cycle, defining design requirements and specifications
Requirements
- Advanced experience with UI and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, etc.)
- More than 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Ability to identify and investigate problems and opportunities
- Experience with user research, from planning to analysis
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Collaborative mindset and critical thinking
- Attention to detail and high-quality aesthetic standards
