Korean Bilingual UX/ UI Designer - Services Experience Researcher (17332-1)

Design and execute primary consumer research using qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to define research objectives and evaluate product concepts for usability.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute primary consumer research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Own the analysis and reporting delivery of research findings and insights
- Support the product research team by leading in the collaboration of defining research objectives and research projects
- Synthesize primary, secondary and public research sources to deliver research findings
- Collaborate closely with partners (external vendors) and peers to generate effective research plans to ensure outputs and deliverables are internally actionable
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience doing consumer research, with an emphasis on qualitative techniques
- Bachelor's degree in related field, with demonstrated technical learning and work in consumer electronics preferred
- Proficiency using online survey tools, examples are: dscout, Pollfish and Qualtrics
- Excellent communicator in interviewing and soliciting verbal input
- Solid numerical and data analysis skills
