Senior Product Designer - Design Systems
Fudo Remote (🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, Comuna 1, Argentina)
The Senior Product Designer will lead the evolution of the Design System, focusing on design, maintenance, and strategic impact. They will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure quality and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the Figma libraries according to good practices of system design and Figma
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure that Figma and code are aligned, not only visually but also in the architecture of tokens and components
- Define and evolve processes of feedback, contribution, and support to ensure the continuous improvement of the Design System
Requirements
- Formation in design, tertiary or university level
- Solid and proven experience creating or evolving a Design System in a digital product
- Very good level of system design, including knowledge of accessibility and good practices for designing consistent, scalable, and easy-to-use components
- Expert command of Figma, including good practices, use of auto layout, variables, slots, and possibilities of integration with AI tools
