Design intuitive interfaces for agentic AI workflows to reduce friction and increase task velocity. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transform user insights into high-quality product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and create interfaces for agentic workflows, allowing AI to handle high-velocity tasks
- Partner with AI teams to design features that reduce friction and increase velocity
- Work interactively with software engineers to expedite the development of features with high quality
- Engage directly with users to understand their problems
- Work with the product team to better understand user needs and use them to inform product design choices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
- Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization (preferred)
- 1 year of experience leading design projects (preferred)
