Senior Graphic Designer — 100% Remote
Recrute Action Remote (🇨🇦 Guelph, Ontario, Canada)
Create brand-compliant design solutions for print and digital channels from concept to final production. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality control and provide professional design guidance to clients.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate, brand-compliant, and visually compelling cross-channel design solutions for print and digital
- Produce mechanical layouts using original designs, existing compositions, or incomplete files while meeting industry standards
- Redesign layouts from existing compositions while maintaining brand integrity
- Enhance designs to meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards
- Prepare design files correctly for print and digital production
Requirements
- 2-4 years graphic design, new media design, or information design diploma or degree from a recognized institution
- 5-7 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with Figma and After Effects, with animation skills considered an asset
- Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and time management skills
Benefits
- Remote and fully virtual work environment
- Salaried: $32 per hour, or Incorporated Business Rate: $36 per hour
- 12-month contract with potential for permanent employment
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week, weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
