Product Designer, App Store Product Design Team

You will research, concept, ideate, design, and prototype new user experiences across Apple's platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design intent is maintained through to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Research, concept, ideate, design, and prototype new user experiences across Apple's platforms, bringing clarity and craft to complex product challenges at global scale
- Move confidently from concept to execution, and understand that the handoff to engineering is part of the design, not the end of it
- Leverage AI-powered tools throughout your process, to accelerate research synthesis, generate and evaluate design directions, build more expressive prototypes, and reduce friction between design intent and shipped product
- Communicate design decisions with clarity to cross-functional partners across Engineering, Product Marketing, and Senior Management
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience shipping on Apple platforms or comparable consumer-scale digital products
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX, UI, and visual design across mobile, desktop, TV, and web
- Deep command of visual and communication design principles, including typography, color, and layout
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Keynote) and comfort adopting new tools as the landscape evolves
- Demonstrated use of AI tools as an active part of your design workflow, generative, analytical, or agentic
