UX Researcher (12-months Fixed-Term Contract – Renewable / Convertible)⁠

Conduct high-volume moderated and unmoderated user research to uncover insights for the Canvas team. Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations to influence product priorities and the strategic roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-impact user research to deeply understand user behaviors, pain points, and unmet needs across Canvas experiences
• Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations that directly influence product priorities, roadmap decisions, and backlog shaping
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate research operations, synthesis, and insight generation
• Partner closely with designers, PMs, and engineers in a fast-paced environment to inform product decisions
• Operate with a high level of autonomy as the dedicated researcher on the team, helping establish how research informs decision-making

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in UX research, customer research, product discovery, or adjacent user-focused roles
• AI-native approach to work, with enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve research speed, scale, and operational efficiency
• Strong product mindset with the ability to connect user insights to product decisions, prioritization, and business impact
• Experience independently planning and conducting qualitative research, including moderated and unmoderated interviews, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
