UX Designer

Design intuitive, end-to-end digital experiences across web and mobile platforms to improve customer satisfaction and revenue. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to optimize user journeys and maintain a consistent design system.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across key parts of the digital journey
- Customer-Centered Design: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Partner with product and CRO teams to improve conversion and user experience across the funnel
- Design Systems & Consistency: Contribute to and leverage the design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile experiences
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to design experiences that improve customer satisfaction, conversion, and revenue
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer in a digital or e-commerce environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
