Senior Product Designer
Carrier Remote (🇺🇸 Florida, United States of America)
Own end-to-end product design for medium-to-large workflows, translating complex requirements into intuitive digital interfaces and dashboards. Collaborate with product managers and engineers within an agile framework to deliver scalable user experiences and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Own meaningful product design work end-to-end, operating with autonomy while partnering closely with product, engineering, and research
- Influence design quality, systems thinking, and team outcomes without formal people-management responsibility
- Design digital interfaces including dashboards, data visualizations, and system-driven UI patterns
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate intent and validate solutions
- Learn, explore and leverage new technologies to extend, expand and accelerate your performance, but know when to move slow to move fast
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products, including web and mobile platforms/applications
- Experience designing complex or enterprise-scale software
- Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma required; AI tool experience and curiosity)
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to inform design decisions
- Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI with clear rationale
