UX DESIGNER ANALYST I

The role involves conducting qualitative user research and creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma. The analyst will also apply the Design System and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centered digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative research with users, conducting interviews and usability tests autonomously
- Create and prototype solutions, developing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Apply and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency and quality in interfaces
- Present solutions to stakeholders, defending design decisions with solid arguments
- Accompany implementations, performing handoffs and validating deliveries in homologation
- Contribute to processes, proposing improvements based on practical experience and participating actively in design chapter initiatives
Requirements
- History of conducting end-to-end projects with autonomy
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborative environments
- Mastery of Figma (prototyping, components, handoffs)
- Knowledge of information architecture and Design Systems
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Proactive in seeking support when necessary
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Interest in connecting design with business results
