Lead end-to-end UX direction for client engagements, translating business goals into intuitive user journeys and interaction models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and facilitate alignment through stakeholder workshops.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements
- Collaborate closely with UX, design, and engineering teams to define scope, clarify priorities, and make smart tradeoffs
- Translate ambiguous business goals into clear user journeys, IA, and interaction models
- Facilitate alignment across client stakeholders and internal teams
- Bring real CMS experience to the table and know how to design within the structure of content models, templates, and reusable blocks
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products and leading UX work
- Hands-on experience within content management systems (WordPress strongly preferred)
- Ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, product teams, and engineers
