Staff UX Designer

The role involves leading the end-to-end UX design process, creating design artifacts, and conducting usability testing to improve customer experiences. Additionally, the position focuses on coaching junior designers and aligning UX strategies with business goals and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Coaching and Mentoring - Leads interview exercises, determine cultural and team fits of candidates and aligns needs of the organization
- Delivery & Execution - Provides UX design artifacts, and tests usability of their assigned product
- Leads Planning and Strategy Activities to Align Design Patterns and Testing Methods
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- 7-9 years of UX experience in an Enterprise or retail environment or a degree in related field
- Desire to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and self-manage complex projects
