Lead the end-to-end design of an agentic AI platform and operational products for aviation stakeholders. Define intelligent workflows and human-AI collaboration models to improve decision-making in high-stakes environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for our agentic AI platform and adjacent operational products
- Design AI-native product experiences including agent orchestration, conversational interfaces, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define AI-powered user experiences
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
- Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, systems thinking, and measurable business impact
